Reliance Jio is reportedly working on a new jio VR headset aimed at the affordable Price for Indians. According to a report by The Information, the telecom Kings is collaborating with Meta to Design and Develop this new VR headset, which will be based on the Horizon OS.
This would become Jio’s second VR headset, which was designed for entry-level users and relies on a smartphone as its display. The upcoming VR headset, however, is expected to come with its there own built-in display, making it more powerful and advanced. While this project is going on, the reports mention that final details are still being decided and not started and this is just a planning, so nothing is confirmed yet.
